Man Sentenced After Causing Death of Friend in Car Accident
Although it seems most drivers charged with DUI are younger, there is not an age limit to this type offense. Anyone of any age who drinks, drives and causes a car accident that results in death or serious injuries can be sentenced to serve time in jail, time on probation and/or be subject to other penalties.
