Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected online from users of this website operated by Dozier Law Firm, LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”). In this Privacy Policy, you can learn what kind of information we collect, when and how we might use that information, how we protect the information, and the choices you have with respect to your personal information.
What personal information is collected through this website and how is it used?
We collect information about users directly from users, automatically through web server logs, cookies and similar technologies, and from service providers that support our website and communications. We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our website and services, communicate with you, protect our website and legal rights, comply with law, and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose information to service providers, referral counsel, and other parties as described in this Privacy Policy or as required or permitted by law.
User-supplied information: If you contact us through this website, including through a contact form or online chat, we may collect information such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, state, and information you provide about your inquiry or potential legal matter. The information requested and required may vary depending on the form or feature you use. Our online chat is operated by Blazeo, a third-party service provider that receives the information you enter in the chat to run the chat service for us.
Information about your legal matter: When you request a consultation, you may describe an accident, injury, medical treatment, or other facts about a potential claim. We use this information to evaluate your inquiry and check for conflicts of interest. We treat information about a potential matter as confidential to the extent required by the professional rules that govern our lawyers. Please share only what we need for an initial review. Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or full medical records through this website unless we ask for them through a secure method.
Information that you provide to us through a contact form or online chat will be used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we may assist you, and communicate with you about your request or our services. We do not use information from people who contact us but do not become clients to send them marketing communications. Every marketing e-mail we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
No attorney-client relationship: Contacting us through this website, by chat or by text message does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please also review our Disclaimer.
Web server logs: When you visit our website, we may track information about your visit and store that information in web server logs, which are records of the activities on our sites. The servers automatically capture and save the information electronically. Examples of the information we may collect include: your unique Internet protocol address; the name of your unique Internet service provider; the town/city, county/state and country from which you access our website; the kind of browser or computer you use; the number of links you click within the site; the date and time of your visit; the web page from which you arrived to our site; the pages you viewed on the site; and certain searches/queries that you conducted via our website(s). The information we collect in web server logs helps us administer the site, analyze its usage, protect the website and its content from inappropriate use and improve the user’s experience.
Cookies: Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, and local storage, to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, improve performance, and support advertising. Some cookies are set by us, and others may be set by service providers or advertising partners. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the availability or operation of certain website features. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before using nonessential cookies or similar technologies.
Third-party Services: We use third-party service providers to help operate the website and understand how visitors use it. These providers include Google Analytics, which measures website traffic and use, Google Tag Manager, which manages the tags on our website, and CallRail, which tracks and routes phone calls and text messages to our firm and shows us which web pages or advertisements led to a call. These providers may collect information such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, referring pages, and cookie or similar identifiers. CallRail may also collect your phone number and details about calls and text messages with our firm. We record phone calls to our firm through CallRail, and CallRail stores those recordings for us. CallRail also transcribes recorded calls and uses artificial intelligence tools to analyze them, for example to summarize calls and identify potential new client inquiries. Outside business hours, an artificial intelligence voice assistant operated by CallRail may answer your call, collect information about your inquiry, and pass that information to our staff. Calls handled by the voice assistant are also recorded, transcribed, and analyzed. We tell callers that they are on a recorded line. CallRail stores all call recordings and transcripts on its platform for us. These providers process this information under their own terms and privacy policies to provide analytics and related services to us.
Advertising and measurement: We use third-party advertising and measurement services, including the Meta Pixel, the MNTN Pixel, and other connected TV (CTV) and over-the-top (OTT) streaming advertising pixels that we deploy through Google Tag Manager. We also use advertising and measurement services from Google (Google Ads), Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising), and OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads). These providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about activity on this website and other websites, including device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, interactions, and cookie or advertising identifiers. They may use this information to measure advertising, including advertising shown on connected televisions and streaming services, understand interests, and provide or limit interest-based advertising. We disclose these online identifiers and activity data to advertising and measurement providers for these purposes. You may manage cookies through your browser settings and the opt-out tools described below.
Some advertising providers help us learn whether our ads led someone to contact us. When you call us or submit a form, we or our service providers, such as CallRail, may send a hashed (one-way encoded) version of your phone number or email address to Google or OpenAI so they can match your inquiry to an ad you saw or clicked. We do not send the contents of your messages, call recordings, or details about your legal matter to advertising providers.
Opt-out tools: You can opt out of interest-based advertising by participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s WebChoices tool. You can turn off personalized ads from Google through Google’s My Ad Center. You can choose whether Meta uses information from websites like ours to show you ads through Ad preferences in Meta’s Accounts Center. These tools apply only to the browser or account you use, and you will still see ads that are not based on your interests.
Links and embedded content: Our website may link to or display content from other platforms, such as video-sharing and social media services. Those companies may collect information when you view or interact with their content, and their own privacy policies govern that collection. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites.
Do Not Track and preference signals: Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, our website does not currently respond to them. Our website also does not currently respond to Global Privacy Control or other browser-based opt-out preference signals. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings.

How this section relates to the rest of this Privacy Policy: This section governs our Text Message Service only. It does not change any other part of this Privacy Policy. If anything elsewhere in this Privacy Policy conflicts with this section regarding your mobile information, this section controls.
