The Georgia State Patrol investigated the car accident that claimed the life of a 36-year-old woman. Two other people were taken to the hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening. Given the details of the case, it appears charges will not be filed against the injured driver, but the investigation is still underway as of this report.
