Car Accident Takes Life of Mother
Whether it is from distraction, impatience or simply recklessness many people do not seem to take the proper precautions while on the road. The ripple effects from causing a devastating car accident can haunt a person for many years. A spokesperson from the Georgia State Patrol states a mother of four children was recently killed in a car accident as a result of someone else's negligence. The GSP report states the mother, with her children as passengers, was driving her Dodge Caliber southbound followed by a 21-year-old woman driving an SUV. The mother slowed her vehicle in order to make a left turn when the SUV hit the Caliber from behind. The force of the crash pushed the Caliber into the lane of oncoming traffic, where it collided with a sedan headed north.
