Woman Loses Life in Car Accident

The 36-year-old woman was sideswiped by a vehicle as she was driving around her home town. Her vehicle ran off the road, rolled over a number of times and landed in a ditch. She was thrown from her car and died as a result. She had two passengers, another adult and a child who were injured, but are both expected to fully recover.

The condition of the other driver was not revealed in a report on the incident. Police say the person confessed to falling asleep while behind the wheel. Although they have not yet done so, police plan to issue charges of failure to maintain lane in addition to vehicular homicide.

Causing a car accident through negligent behavior such as cellphone use and being too tired to drive can cause a lifetime of pain to a number of people. A life that is lost too soon can push a family into unimagined financial trouble in addition to endless heartache. Some families who have gone through similar tragedy have filed a wrongful death lawsuit in an effort to recoup some of the monetary losses they have had to endure due to medical bills, funeral and burial costs and loss of income or potential income. Those families in Georgia who feel they have a claim should seek the counsel of an experienced attorney who can present the options available for legal recourse.

Wonderful law firm that cares

I was injured in a terrible fall which left my foot, arm back and knee badly bruised. The Dozier Law Firm was awesome. Attorney Dustin Hamilton reviewed and accepted my case and within a few months he was able to settle my case for more than I ever imagine. The Dozier Law Firm is A+ in my book.
