Two Injured in Motorcycle Accident Involving Another Vehicle

The motorcyclist and his passenger were traveling east in the right lane of a highway when the accident occurred. A northbound sedan turned left onto the highway in front of the motorcycle. Unfortunately, the driver of the motorcycle did not have enough time to react to the vehicle and crashed into the sedan. Both of the motorcycle occupants were thrown from the bike.

Each of the motorcycle riders was taken to nearby medical centers for treatment. The driver was taken via ground transportation to a nearby hospital, but his passenger was airlifted for treatment. None of the four people riding in the sedan was injured. The driver of the sedan was also charged with failure to yield after stopping at a stop sign.

During good weather, when it is likely that motorcyclists will be out, drivers are encouraged to take extra care while driving in order to avoid an accident. Georgia residents who have been injured in a motorcycle accident may be entitled to compensation. Victims who believe that they have a case may wish to consult with an attorney as soon as possible in order to discuss possible compensation for medical costs or property damages.

Wonderful law firm that cares

I was injured in a terrible fall which left my foot, arm back and knee badly bruised. The Dozier Law Firm was awesome. Attorney Dustin Hamilton reviewed and accepted my case and within a few months he was able to settle my case for more than I ever imagine. The Dozier Law Firm is A+ in my book.
